This is a demonstration of Trellis’s AI-powered Customer Engagement Report generator — a tool that lets a Customer Success Manager generate a personalised, narrative engagement report for a customer visit in a few minutes. It pulls from five data sources (usage, support tickets, NPS verbatims, field notes, and partnership milestones) and produces a continuous-scroll report addressed directly to the customer, along with a downloadable PDF to leave behind after the meeting.

Why you see 8 accounts across different health states

Each account has been designed to demonstrate a genuinely different type of customer relationship — from a champion account ready to expand (Greenfield Pharma), to a long-term stable partner (University of Pune), to a churning account where the relationship is at risk (Rishihood University). The range exists so that the tool’s ability to shift tone, emphasis, and talking points based on account health is visible in a single session, without needing to wait for real data to accumulate over months.

Why all four quarters appear in one view

The milestone dashboard shows the full annual customer journey at a glance. Each quarter has a specific business purpose: JFM is a retention and renewal conversation, AMJ is annual planning and collection, JAS is a courtesy visit to maintain the relationship, and OND is a growth conversation about expansion. Showing all four together lets the CSM see where the current visit sits in the year’s arc, and how earlier quarters have progressed. Earlier quarters simulate completion so the interface demonstrates its full range.

Why reports read differently for different accounts

The AI generation is calibrated to both the account health and the quarter type. A Greenfield Pharma OND report is celebratory and expansion-focused. A Rishihood University JFM report is honest and recovery-oriented. A Delhi Technical University JAS report acknowledges a crisis and rebuilds trust. The same tool, the same seven sections, but a fundamentally different narrative in each case — because the customer and the moment are different.

Data and confidentiality

All company names, NPS scores, field notes, verbatim quotes, usage metrics, and ticket data in this demonstration are entirely fictional. They have been designed to reflect realistic patterns in B2B SaaS customer success relationships but do not represent any real organisation or person. This tool is a proof of concept and portfolio demonstration, not a production system.

How to use this tool
